The Fine Print in Large Font
- You are on your way to booking a door-to-door shuttle. We generally have 2-5 passengers per vehicle who are on your flight or a flight that landed at a similar time. We aim for the shortest wait possible, but shuttle customers are expected to have patience for up to 20 minutes as we wait for those you're paired with. You also might be the person who is being waited for and have zero wait time. A shuttle service considers the collective. If this is not your desire, please return to our home page to book a PRIVATE car service.
- All times MUST BE submitted in 24-hour clock format. Just like Airports, we DO NOT USE AM/PM TIME.
- Excessive luggage may require a private vehicle booking.
- We must be notified at the time of booking of any animals, including service animals.
- In Nova Scotia, children are required to be in safety seats when in a vehicle; Children under a year old and 10 kg must be in rear-facing safety seat, up to 18 kg (40 lb) requires a front facing safety seat, and booster seat until 145cm (4’9”) OR nine years old. Child seats may be available for rent.
- Customers that require accessibility services may require a private vehicle booking.
- Please respect our effort to have scent-free vehicles.
- While multiple addresses are included in the group booking price, they must be within our coverage area and logistically sensible to avoid extra fees.
- For example: A three person booking cannot have addresses in Clayton Park, Dartmouth and downtown Halifax without a surcharge.
- Group booking max luggage before additional cost:
- 1 passenger = max 2 total checked bags
- 2 passengers = max 4 total checked bags
- 3 passengers = max 5 total checked bags
- 4 passengers = max 6 total checked bags
- 5 passengers = max 7 total checked bags
- 6 passengers = max 8 total checked bags
Notice: we assign drivers/make our schedule about 12 hours in advance. Shorter notice shuttle requests must fit within our assigned schedule, which may mean additional wait time or we may only be able to offer a private ride.
